HSR 吉爾酒店 (HSR Gil)

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! You could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms – people snoring and even couples being intimate morning, noon, and night. The walls were so thin it felt like we were right there with them! The cleaning service was nonexistent; no housekeeping staff came by at all. The hotel attracts a lot of partygoers, so sleeping was impossible between midnight and 4 AM unless you managed to block out the sound of loud music or couples in the throes of passion. We weren’t informed that the rest of the hotel would be closed for the season, so I was expecting a reception desk and a bar, neither of which were available. We only had access to the room. To top it all off, I was unfairly accused of making noise in my room, when it was actually coming from the room behind us. This left me feeling embarrassed and exhausted from the lack of sleep. Overall, it was a horrible stay, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel!
